Hentoid V1.1.2


Thanks to neosubmarino and avluis.

New features 
V1.1.0
With this release, we bring you a built-in updater.
Hentoid will check for updates as usual, but now it will also offer to download and install updates.

V1.1.1
With new features, come new bugs.
This release adds an About page to the Navigation Bar while improving the way the updater works and notifies you of any updates.
Check for Updates has been moved to the Preferences Screen with the option to disable background updates while on mobile data

V1.1.2
This release brings us the nifty swipe-down to refresh on either of the three supported websites.
I will be considering to keep or remove the floating refresh button, for future updates.
Along with this release, there are a few under the hood code cleanups and of layout tweaks.

    Great app. But I cannot download pursue in doujinshin via the app. Got error in reading image URL. Please fix. Thanks

      Thanks for the feedback. We're aware of this issue and will be working on it soon.

      In the mean time try cancelling the pending downloads in the download manager, and try again.

    Hi! Cant thank you enough for all your hardwork ty guys so much
    I have this issue where i cannot download certain manga/doujinshi on pururin, it says unhandled error in reading images i think, i tried canceling and redownload but it still persists

      If you browse to the download manager and tap on resume, what does it do? Does it start downloading them or do they stay there without downloading?

      it buffers (?) but then it stops and goes back to pause and says the error mesaage

      I had the same problem but i fixed it by removing/cancelling the mangas/doujinshi from the download manager (all the mangas and dounjishi that are in the queue) then re download them from the website again.Wait few secs for the thing to buffer.
      Idk if it ill work for you. But it works for me.

      pururin and hitomi.la was added through popular suggestions. Currently, adding website support is done by devsaki and he seems to be busy. But i'll add this to the suggestion box.

    I can't access anything because I get ads constantly which I can't go through to even see the first page whenever I try fakku or hitomi.la

    any help for this?

    Hitomi seems like its filled to the brim with ads and popups. Malicious ones at that. Fakku is now hiding content behind a paywall. Pururin is doing better than ever. Would be great to see nhentai (mostly raws and copies from other sites) and g e hentai (different content galleries) added.

      Open the menu drawer and select Pururin. Then browse to a manga page and wait for it to finish loading. Once done, the download button should appear. Tap that.

      Pururin has been known to fail at times because of their server though.

    Found an issue: One of my "cleaner" programs removed my image files. Now hentoid thinks they are downloaded, but every time i hit "read" it tells me that file is not found. Add an option to re-download it would be nice.

    This is a great app and II have loved it since II found you guys. Just wondering, will functionality to download subscription chapters become available?

      I should probably clarify that I have a subscription account with fakku. I'm not asking to help steal paid content from them. Currently, I can view that there are subscription chapters, but when I try to download or view them, nothing lodas/downloads.

      Yes, in order for someone to have access to the subscription chapters, you would need to pay a monthly fee.

    Suddenly cant download from fakku.
    I think fakku just doesnt want people to download h mangas willy nilly.

    Suddenly cant download fakku or pururin.fakku gives out crash logs whenever i try to download and cant open pururin. Is it the app or the website that has a problem?
