FakkuDroid V3.1.0 -> V3.1.3

Well, I am not receiving more crash reports, so I'm going to guess the app is stable...
Anyway, this new version introduce two new features:

 - Send report automatically (not need to send an email anymore)
 - Update Checker

And improve a little the perfomance.

Well, I'm going to start to work in next new features:
 - App Lock Password
 - Native navigation content (not webview)
 - Login
 - Read online content

I just read the post about the new policy in fakku in the next months (remove all unlicence content).
I'm going to drop the project for now, I want to see if it is going to worth it.
But well, I'm going to continuate fixing bugs.

PD.- Well, I decided to make another app, more flexible, this new app is going to be compatible with the current fakkudroid and you'll be able to download from fakku and pururin for now.

    You know, if you still want to polish your skills I suggest making a Pururin app. Nobody else has done it and I think you're good enough to try. They don't have a messy site like most others and the tags and groups are pretty thorough, so it shouldn't be too bad

      Hi, it's probably the download had an error, delete that manga and try it again.
      What android device do you have? Is it an LENOVO Lenovo Lenovo S920?

    I received 15 new bugs, I'm working in them. It seems a unique big bug (database concurrent bug), this error is a little complex, so maybe I`m going to take two or three days.

    Thanks for your support and feedbacks.

    And well, I only had time to check pururin and yes, I like his site design.

      and btw I suggest that you should just focus now on Pururin...because FAKKU is going "LEGIT" now...hate to say this but I think you are wasting time on Fakku

      The new app is going to have almost the same code, so if I fix the bugs from the current app, I'm fixing the bugs for the new app.
      I'm going to start to develop the new app this weekend, because the new app is going to take time (at least one day) and I only have time the weekends.

      About your question, yeah, it seems that they deleted the tags tab in the mobile version :/
      Well, that can be easy to fix (maybe tomorrow).

      So I downloaded the perfect viewer ..
      this new version, when I click on read, asks how I want to open the contents, click on PERFECT VIEWER, and goes to the PV (perfect viewer) and appears' 'file not found' ... please help me .. I do not know what to do, since I tried to open the other so that question again goes to the gallery and is black screen ... :(
      If you have any other medium in which we can talk, I like to know ...

    Hey there!
    Good work so far on the new app.

    I have a suggestion:
    Can you group together notifications once the Download Manager has completed all tasks so that they are not individual notifications.
    Also, can you classify them as sensitive so that the file name is not shown on the lockscreen when the device is locked.

    Also, I have taken some time to update some of the string files so I will be pushing a commit for you to look at and merge if you like (a PR request basically).

    hello, the app works great so far
    it would be nice if the constant refresh when switching portrait/landscape in the web view could be avoided.

    i have a feature request. can you add zip support? like... download the images and then do a compressed archive. compressed files work great on perfect viewer and we could save some big chunk of space on fat32 formatted sd(due to big clusters on big partition)

    as others said you could work on supporting other sites like.. i dunno.. pururin and hentai gallery. it's a big undertaking but i see you're skilled with parsing and stuff. it would be nice!

      Thanks. Yeah, zip support (cbz files) is in my plans (compatibility with other manga readers). About pururin I started this new project : https://github.com/csaki/Hentoid

      Constant refresh when switching portrait/landscape is fixed in this project.

    Why is app not supporting Android 2.3.6 ? It means end of fakku for me :( I can't run newer android on my phone...

    Esta app no corre en android 2.3 dice error en la lectura del paquete, probado en alcatel one touch pixi y en samsung galaxy s epic y en ninguno me funciona.

      Pues efectivamente, no corre en android 2.3. La minima version es 4.0.
      Estoy estudiando la posibilidad de añadir la compatibilidad, pero va a tomar tiempo, y lo he postergado para las fechas en que tengo vacaciones (13 - 27 de julio).

    FakkuDroid 2.9.9 is better than 3.0

    Because, It's simple it use than the new version.
    The new version is looks like a web browser while on Fakku site. and it is too many stupid ads while reading a Doujins on the web, and also the built-in viewer of the App is better than using the (un)Perfect Viewer... This version is a lame like an AHole, an Ass!

      Hi, thanks for your feedback.
      It is in my task stack, but it is not a priority. When I built fakkudroid v2, Fakku didn't have a mobile version and it was a lot more difficult to navigate, read and download. The new app is more like a download manager (that is because I used it to just download, almost never I used to read online).
      About that, I have an ethics problem. The old way removed the ads and I don't know if it's good to remove the ads of Fakku and Pururin.

    Can you add hitomi.la website on Hentoid App? It's related to Pururin, but more doujinshi manga that is not yet publish on Fakku or Pururin...

    And I have Windows Phone and I'm always reading Hentai manga, can you make a Windows version? (I know, Windows is not an Android. So I suggest to name that app as "Windows Hentai")
